Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, our jewelry is not refundable. However, you can return items if you receive the wrong order or if the items arrive damaged. In that case, we require immediate notification (same day) upon receiving the items indicating the reason for return by sending an email to hello@ame-jewelry.com . Your exchange will be processed as soon as received, and a new order will be shipped out to you once the return has been validated. For any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
