âme Sanitary Measures for COVID-19

In light of COVID-19, âme is taking thorough precautions to ensure your safety and our team's as well. The products are stored in a super hygienic space and your orders are handled with utmost cleanliness from our side. We will be using different shipping partners for different areas of delivery and we advise you to remove the courier's external pouch/bag at collection. Your jewelry will be neatly stored inside our solid âme boxes which is tucked in our sustainable biodegradable shipping bag.

 

Local Delivery

We currently ship all over UAE except a few very remote areas*. Our orders will be dispatched same day or the following day and will take anywhere between couple of hours to next day to be delivered. Standard deliveries take place between 9:00am - 6pm Sundays to Thursdays.

All orders over AED 250 are shipped for FREE within UAE.

All orders below AED 250 will be charged local shipping fee of AED20.

Same Day Delivery is available in Dubai for an extra charge of AED30. Please make sure to get in touch with us on Whatsapp or by Email (check contact us page) if you require same day delivery.

Please note that order delivery may face delays during weekends, promotional activity, sale season and public holidays. If you wish to receive your order same day, add note to your order on checkout or Whatsapp us on +971501891849.

 

International Delivery

We ship across the GCC, and all over the world. International shipping charges apply.

Please note that all duties, country taxes and customs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Exchange and Returns

You can return items if you receive the wrong order or if the items arrive damaged. In that case, we kindly require immediate notification (same day) upon receiving the items indicating the reason for return by sending an email to hello@ame-jewelry.com . 

For exchange, we also require an immediate notification upon the delivery of the item. Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygienic purposes we need notification within the first 24 hours of receiving the items and we will send you the address to return to us. 

All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. 

Your exchange will be processed as soon as the items are received, and a new order will be shipped out to you once the return has been validated. For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
